Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PoshPaw® underwear—but due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items.

Unworn, unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

How to request a return or exchange:

• Email our customer care team at support@poshpaw.com with your order number and reason for return.
• If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
